What is the difference between innovation ceramic braces and the traditional metal ones?

Im getting braces soon and have to decide between innovation ceramic braces or the traditional metal ones. Other than the cosmetic factor, what are the pros and cons of both?

1. I have ceramic ones on my first 6 front teeth. Cosmetically is the biggest difference. Also the ceramic brackets are a little bit bigger than the metal ones. They also cost a little bit more but not too much.
